Luceo Insight Advances Its Capabilities In Monitoring Behaviour, Compliance And Reporting

Luceo Insight has released a major update that advances its capabilities in monitoring behaviour, regulatory compliance, and reporting enhancements. The newest enhancements include: greater flexibility in device behaviour monitoring, allowing for more meaningful alert conditions with alarms, further improvements in LGC report support, and reporting refinements, making navigation of your data easier than ever before.
- Alarms can now include an optional lower limit, allowing users to define a range of values rather than a single threshold. This provides greater flexibility in monitoring device behaviour and setting meaningful alert conditions.
- Alarms now support the designation of energy direction, either Generation or Consumption, to reflect the expanded variety of devices on the platform. This enhancement ensures alarms are contextually accurate and aligned with the operational role of each device.
New LGC Report
Sites that are configured as LGC are incorporated into a new report that presents a breakdown of Sites and their certificate creation and projection.

- Multi-Level Report Access: Reports can now be viewed at both the Account and Vendor levels, enabling faster insights and efficient portfolio-wide analysis across multiple sites.
- Automated Email Delivery: Users can now receive reports via scheduled email delivery, eliminating manual effort and ensuring timely access to key data.
- Report Workflow: A new workflow feature allows reports to follow a structured review and approval process before distribution — at any level — supporting scalable governance and building trust in automated reporting.
