Platform Enhancements: Wattwatchers Integration, Report Versioning and Improved Navigation

Luceo Insight continues to advance with enhanced hardware integration, now seamlessly supporting Wattwatchers PMC models. Release 19.0 also introduces the highly requested audit report versioning feature, enabling users to create new versions of previously locked and approved reports to efficiently manage revisions and client requirements. In addition, improved navigation through alphabetically sorted client and site lists supports faster, more organised workflows.

Wattwatchers PMC Model Integrations
We’ve levelled up our hardware integration to support Wattwatchers PMC models, bringing high-precision, revenue-grade metering directly into the Luceo platform.
This update introduces seamless support for the PMC-220 (Single Phase) and PMC-340 (Three Phase) meters. Designed for applications where accuracy is non-negotiable — such as billing, solar PPAs, or LGC generation — these devices provide the robust data foundation required for commercial-grade energy management.
What’s New:
- Unified Configuration: Despite their advanced capabilities, PMC models follow the familiar Luceo workflow. Simply configure them as a device for any measuring point using our standard setup process.
- Scalable Monitoring: Whether you are managing a residential sub-metering project with the PMC-220 or a large-scale commercial site via the PMC-340, the integration handles the Modbus-to-Cloud data pipeline automatically.
- High-Fidelity Insights: Access 1% (Class 1) accuracy data alongside your existing telemetry, providing a “single source of truth” for both operational monitoring and financial settlement.
This integration bridges the gap between simple monitoring and formal energy accounting, ensuring your fleet is ready for the most demanding compliance requirements.

Audited Report Versioning

This update is designed for scenarios where a report has already been locked and approved, but a revision or update is required for the client. Rather than overwriting existing data, you can now generate a “New Version” of any approved report.
Key Benefits:
- Maintained Audit Trail: Each version is preserved independently, allowing you to track exactly what was sent to a customer and when. You can add an explanatory comment.
- Integrity of Approvals: Your previously locked and approved reports remain untouched, ensuring a permanent record of your historical data.
- Version Tracking: Easily navigate between different iterations of a report to compare changes or verify previous submissions.
This feature ensures that your client communications remain professional and fully auditable, providing a clear history of every document generated.

Better Navigation: Sorted Client & Site Lists
We’ve added alphabetical sorting to your Client and Site lists to keep things fast and organized. It’s a simple tweak, but we’re excited to see our users reaching the scale where this makes a real difference.
